Description and Special Features:

The room occupies the entire third floor. The interior measures 550 square feet and has a large double sink bathroom and a Corian shower. It also has a walk-in closet. The main room opens to a spacious 185 square foot balcony with partial views of the ocean and Catalina. The winter sunsets over Catalina can be quite extraordinary. The sounds of the ocean can be heard when the fourteen-foot wide French sliding glass doors are open.

The main room has a queen bed, computer desk w/high speed internet hookup, and a 46 inch flat screen satellite HD TV above the corner fireplace. A DVR and HD-DVD/CD player are available.

The entire building is soundproofed.

This room is part of the single housekeeping unit comprising the lower large apartment.  Families requiring an extra bedroom and/or bathroom can elect to add this room.

City Taxes: City bed tax for short term rentals (LESS THAN 30 DAYS) is 10%

Cleaning Fee & Deposit: Units are clean when you move in. You clean when you leave. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are provided. Arrangements can be made for a cleaning service. $300 refundable cleaning and breakage deposit required.

Damage Waiver Fee: We do not charge a processing fee, damage waiver fee or any other non-refundable fees that are customary in Newport Beach.
